3. Services Offered

• Free Plan: Our free plan provides access to basic website-building features.
• Pro Plan: The Pro Plan includes additional features and tools as specified on our website. Fees for the Pro Plan will be billed as per the selected subscription.
• Premium Plan: This plan is where we handle everything for your website design and development for you. Fees for the Premium Plan will be billed as per the selected subscription.

4. Billing and Payments

• Subscription Fees: Subscription fees for Pro Plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) as specified during signup.
• Invoices and Billing Dashboard: Users on Pro Plans can access all invoices, payment history, and subscription details from their dashboard login.
• Cancellation Policy: You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the cycle.

5. User Content

• Ownership: You retain ownership of all content, data, and files uploaded to your website.
• Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with all applicable laws, does not infringe on third-party rights, and does not contain harmful or illegal material.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted Services but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Our websites are hosted on AWS (Amazon Web Services) hosting, AWS states they have a 99.99% uptime and we use their service in an attempt to offer the best of what's available to our customers. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen circumstances may result in temporary downtime.

7. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Upload viruses, malicious code, or engage in activities that may harm the Services or other users.
• Resell, sublicense, or transfer the Services without prior written consent from us.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Services during the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice for violations of these Terms or any applicable laws.
